Description:
Water coagulation is a reagent method for improving the quality of water by means of coagulants (special chemical substances), that is to say the water purification from foreign matters. The special filters are able to clean out foreign particles only of the certain size. Coagulants are in turn able to clean out particles up to 0, 07 microns.
The principle of coagulant is quiet simple – while adding the substance to the skimmer it covers and connects the particles of mud in the water forming the large flakes, which go through the special filters. The water becomes transparant and clean. Equital is a coagulant based on aluminium polyoxychloride has a cellular structure. Thanks to its cell-like structure the coagulant is able to clean out foreign particles as such around 3 – 12 hours.
EQUITAL (cartridge) is a quick coagulant, which can effectively clean out the swimming-pool water cloudiness independently of the temperature and water’s care methods. It improves notably cleaning effect of the sand filters. Economical to use. Structure: contains aluminum sulphate.
Thanks to the slow solubility the substance is evenly able to dose a coagulant to the swimming-pool water for a quiet long period, and this way notably improve cleaning effect of the sand and zeolitic filters. Unlike coagulants the main advantage of such substance is that it always keeps its activity because of a slow solubility. This way during the water circulation small particles get filtered.
Product Use Recommendations:
Before coagulation it is necessary to check the level of pH (7,2 – 7,6) and free chlorine (0,3 – 0,5 mg/l). After the filter has been thoroughly re-cleaned it is necessary to put the required quantity of cartridges to the preliminary filter or skimmer, and then put the filter on the filtration mode. After the tablets have been completely dissolved the cartridges should be utilized.
Dosing:
1 cartridge per 10 – 50m3 every 7 – 10 days
